Amie has recently joined the squad along with another two new signings. A few seasons ago saw her playing for league opponents Boldon Ladies. She then joined Cleveland Hall Ladies who also resided in our league but having folded last season Amie has only been playing for her University team. She played as a striker for Cleveland but after her first training session it was clear to see that Amie is a very defensive minded player and would be wasted up front of the park. She has great natural ability and is a strong tackler who doesn’t back out of a challenge. Currently Amie is playing as a centre half and doing a fantastic job at it. Like all of the new signings she is at training every week as well as matches although her watch is clearly a little bit slow. Amie has an extremely positive attitude which is shown through her 100% effort that she feeds into every training session and match. Can’t wait to what else Amie bring to the squad in the upcoming season.
