Directions

From the south:
Take the A1 northbound to Gateshead. Pass the Washington Services and the Angel of the North, taking the next exit [signposted Team Valley]. At the bottom of the slip road take the second exit [signposted Lady Park] and follow the road 400 metres until the road bends sharply to the left. At this bend turn right and go through the stone pillars [keeping houses on your right]. This is Coach Road. Follow Coach Road [which runs parallel to the A1 for approximately one mile] until you see the sign for Rutherford AFC. Turn left at this sign and into football ground.

From the north:
Take the A1 southbound to the A692 [Consett Road]. Turn right at end of slip road and travel 100 metres up Lobley Hill Bank [A692] before turning first left into Beechwood Gardens. Take fourth left into Pinewood Gardens and travel the full length down to the bottom before turning right into Coach Road. Ground is on the right at the signpost ‘Rutherford AFC'.
